2) Marketing Strategy & Go To Market

We'll create a professional sales brochure that highlights the property's best features, potentially complemented by property staging to enhance its appeal. A customized marketing strategy will be developed, pinpointing the most effective sales channels and networks to reach target buyers.

3) Screening Potential Buyers & Organizing Viewings

We invite only qualified potential buyers for viewings to ensure serious interest and streamline the process. Throughout the sales journey, we provide the owner with regular feedback and progress reports, keeping you fully informed every step of the way.

4) Offers & Negotiations

Once we receive multiple offers, we handle negotiations on behalf of the owner to secure the best terms and select the final buyer. We also ensure that each prospective buyer receives personalized feedback, maintaining a professional and respectful experience for all parties involved.

5) Purchase Contract & Legal Processing

A purchase contract will be drafted and signed by both parties in the presence of a notary. The notary then officially registers the transfer of property rights with the land registry, ensuring that the transaction is legally binding and fully compliant with all regulatory requirements.

6) Closing & Completion

The buyer completes the remaining payment, and the seller settles any outstanding property taxes or levies, including capital gains tax if applicable. Once all conditions are fulfilled and payments are confirmed, the property ownership is officially transferred, finalizing the transaction.

7) Post-Sale Support

We provide assistance with utility transfers, offer local service recommendations such as moving household goods, and help finalize insurance details. This support ensures a smooth transition, allowing both buyers and sellers to manage all post-sale essentials with ease and confidence.
